Using the basic principles of Chi in a phenomenological approach (a form of qualitative research that focuses on the study of an individual’s experiences), this class will start with simple standing and walking.

Establishing an awareness of body, we will explore our ‘being’ in the world and with others. As interaction is gradually developed through listening and suggestion, the workshop will be a pleasant, relaxed and empathic movement improvisation experience.
